[_]

Verse 8.—Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.

Doctrines shall cease, and inspiration fail,
The gift of languages no more prevail,
Knowledge shall fade away; but thou shalt bloom,
Thy graces flourish in the life to come.
