RESOLVED that the chair election of Mr. Mark B. Williams as Ward
K. Ensiminger Associate Professor of Geriatric Medicine, effective March 25, 2000, and continuing as Associate
Professor of Radiology, as shown in the Minutes of the meeting of October 6, 2000, be changed to read as
follows:

Dr. Mark E. Williams as Ward K. Ensiminger Associate
Professor of Geriatric Medicine, effective March 25, 2000. Dr. Williams will continue as
Professor of Internal Medicine.
