This is My commandment, That ye love one, &c.

Jesus, that new command of Thine
I languish to obey:
The zeal of charity Divine
Into my heart convey,
That in and for my God alone
I may embrace, esteem,
And after Thee my life lay down,
The brethren to redeem.
