Upon the untimely Death of the Lord Fra. Villars,

Kill'd neer Kingston upon Thames.

Here lies a Noble Posthumus inhum'd,
VVhose youthful breath that Sanguin Field perfum'd
Where while his heart with Martial flames did swell,
Among a Cru of Cannibals he fell.
Such a hard Destiny did post from hence
His gallant Sire, yet with this difference:
One Assassin fell'd him, but this brave Spray
Base Rebels in whole throngs did rend away.
