[Who his mind on God hath stay'd]

No man laid hands on Him; for His hour, &c. —viii. 20.

Who his mind on God hath stay'd,
Is kept in perfect peace,
Neither troubled nor afraid
He lives his Lord to please;
Careless of approaching ill,
Himself to Jesu's work he gives,
Lives to answer all His will,
In snares and deaths he lives!
