Kennedy, Tunney Indefinite

According to Mr. Sumner, there are no
definite plans as yet for an address by either
Senator Kennedy or Senator Tunney. Senator
Kennedy has reportedly informed the Student
Legal Forum that an address by him at the
University would only be possible upon the
fulfillment of his senatorial duties.

The aide said that he strongly doubted that
President Nixon would make three separate
visits to one state in such a short period of
time. However, he added that an address before
the Legal Forum might be tied in with the
judicial conference in March.

Although the Nixon speech is far from
definite, the Legal Forum has scheduled several
talks by renowned figures and is still trying to
arrange visits by Senator Edward Kennedy and
Senator John Tunney.
