CHAPTER V. The poetical works of John and Charles Wesley | ||
1720.
[The Man whose word is life and power]
What man is that which said unto thee, &c.
—v. 12.
The Man whose word is life and power,
Whose word, and will, and act are one,
Who only could to health restore,
And fill my soul with strength unknown,
The Man who hath my sins forgiven
He bids me walk with Him to heaven.
