Meditat. 34.
Consider well, my Soul, why hast thou breath,Since that the wages of thy Sins are death?
Thou hast deserv'd ten thousand times to dye,
But that thy GOD, whose mercy doth deny
A Sinners death, reprieves thee for a time,
To make thee know the greatness of thy crime.
