7. That men are not destitute of remedies, within themselves against the shrewdest accidents, that can befall them.

If you expect to be of toyle, and care
Sometime exeem'd, hope may your griefe diminish:
And patience comfort you, ere you despaire,
Though both those faile, Death will your troubles finish;
Thus are you fitly served with reliefes,
'Gainst Fortunes most elaboured mischiefes.
