CHANGE IN THE SALARY ACTION FOR MR. ROBERT E. EMERY

RESOLVED that the special salary action for Mr. Robert E. Emery, Professor of Psychology, effective August 25, 2005, at an annual salary of $136,700, as shown in the Minutes of the meeting of the Board of Visitors dated June 9-11, 2005, be changed to read as follows:

• Mr. Robert E. Emery, Professor of Psychology, effective August 25, 2005, at an academic year salary of $102,500.
