The Lord appointed other seventy also, &c.

Two and two, not one and one,
He sends His messengers,
Makes by them His coming known,
By them His way prepares:
What shall part whom God hath join'd,
Or break the' indissoluble cord?
Two are one in heart and mind,
When Jesus is the third.
