XXVI
“Then go, since you so will it, go!My way lies yonder, forth and far
Beneath yon gleaming northmost star
O'er silent lands of trackless snow.
Lo, there leads duty, hope, as when
This westmost world demanded men:
30
When blood ran free as festal wine;
Such men as when, fast side by side,
Our fathers fought and fighting died.”
