Didst thou thy tranced vision raise
To yonder orbs on high,
And think how wondrous, how sublime

To yonder orbs on high,
And think how wondrous, how sublime
'Twere upwards to their spheres to climb,
And live, beyond the reach of Time,
Child of Eternity!
