Ice manufacturers  per 1,000 gallons 07 
Railroads, Chesapeake & Ohio (contract)  per 1,000 gallons 05

If any of the above use less than 150,00 gallons per month, the
following rates shall apply:

All other consumers shall pay the following rates, with a minimum
charge:

       
From 1,000 to 10,000 gallons  20 cts. per thousand 
From 10,000 to 25,000 gallons  12 cts. per thousand 
From 25,000 to 50,000 gallons  10 cts. per thousand 
In excess of 50,000 gallons  8 cts. per thousand

If any water meter shall fail to register, the charge shall be
estimated from the three preceding months.
