[Resolved on man His grace to prove]
The Lord hath need of him.

Resolved on man His grace to prove,
He needs the subject of His love,
And represents in emblem true
The power which all things shall subdue;
He comes our captive souls to' unbind,
The Lord and Master of mankind,
His sovereign majesty displays,
Triumphant o'er the ransom'd race.
