Sec. 436. Same—when water bills to be in hands of
auditor.

The Superintendent shall cause all water bills to be in the
hands of the Auditor at least three days before the date on which
they are due, and it shall be the duty of the Auditor to charge
and deliver the same to the Treasurer immediately.
