[Who Moses and the prophets hear]
There appeared unto them Elias with Moses: &c.
—ix. 4.
Who Moses and the prophets hear,
And Christ the Sum of all receive,
Transfigured shall with Christ appear,
With Him in light and glory live,
Obtain a never-fading crown,
Enraptured on their Saviour gaze,
For ever by His side sit down,
And talk with Jesus face to face.
