948.

[Out of the crowd He first must take]

He took the blind man by the hand, and led, &c. —viii. 23.

Out of the crowd He first must take,
Before His grace He show:
Sinner, the busy world forsake,
And with thy Saviour go;
Then shall the God of pardoning love
Bid all thy sin depart,
And by a sovereign touch remove
The blindness of thy heart.
