Now the disciples had forgotten to take bread.

Happy Thy faithful followers, Lord,
Who slight the body's need,
And tasting the true heavenly word
Forget their daily bread:
Thou wilt from thence occasion take
To teach them truths unknown,
And everything subservient make
For perfecting Thine own.
