From the Greek.

['Tis fix'd; 'twill come, 'twill come, that fatal Day]

Εσται γαρ εσται κεινος αιωνων χ[]νος, &c.

'Tis fix'd; 'twill come, 'twill come, that fatal Day,
When all this Globe in Fire shall melt away!
The mighty Flame shall rage without Controul,
Involve the Sky, and catch on either Pole.
No Waters then shall swell th'exhausted Main,
No chearful Greens shall flourish on the Plain,
Nor Air, adust, its winged Host maintain.
