the basement of Old Cabell Hall.

who have maintained a 3.692 average
for the preceding semester
and who can produce 3 signed
affidavits from faculty members
with 15 years residence stating
the applicant's character and
moral posture may secure applications
from Mr. Canevari in
Pavilion VIII. Interested students
are reminded that no one who
has previously been on probation
need apply. Listed on the application
form are the regulations
governing the use of the car: no
student may drink while the car
is in his possession, nor may a
student have a girl in the car
after 11:30 p.m. or before 1:30
p.m. Only those appearing in a
three-piece suit and wing-tips
will be considered.

Of His Time?" will be discussed
tonight in the McGregor Rm
by Biographer-in-Residence Du-
Malone, who has just discovered
a letter revealing that
Mr. Jefferson bought two
of Cannabis sativa seed in Paris
in 1789 to plant at Monticello.

Jose Luis Borges will explain
to the Graduate English Club tonight
that Edgar Allan Poe never
existed. John Barth spoke at the
University last year and explained
that Senor Borges does
not exist. The Graduate English
Club does not exist.

Robert Rosen, the well-known
enfant terrible, will speak tonight
at 8:30 about how The Cavalier
Daily for the last three months
has been a hoax perpetrated by
Rapier Magazine. Charlie Calhoun
will speak at 9:15 about how
Robert Rosen doesn't really exist
but is a secret committee of disgruntled
CD reporters.

Hubert H. Humphrey will make
an important policy address tonight
at 8 in Newcomb Hall cloak
room to anyone who will listen.
