Edward E. Younger, professor of history at the University was elected President of the Virginia Social Science Association on Saturday. His election took place at the annual meeting of the association, last weekend at Mary Baldwin College in Staunton. The association is an organization of professors at state colleges and universities who teach and do research in the social sciences. Mr. Younger is past chairman of the Department of History
