The University of Virginia Concert Band, conducted by Joel Lazar, will present its second concert of the season Monday night at 8 in Old Cabell Hall Auditorium. The 45-piece Concert Band will offer a program drawn mainly from the American band repertoire of the 1940's and '50's, including Samuel Barber's "Commando March," Tickets at $1 may be obtained at Mincers', Newcomb Hall, the Department of Music office, or at the door Monday night.
