Over the Christmas vacation, University employees were busy moving a combination of old and new classroom equipment into the new School of Education. The facility includes an auditorium, an educational research complex, a behavioral study area and ten general classrooms. But the most apparent feature of any school is the rows of desks in front of which a teacher must stand. It is the teacher's challenge to reach across the artificial barrier of a desk and communicate directly with a student.
