768.

[To carry Thy disciples word]

As they went to tell His disciples, behold, &c. —xxviii. 9.

To carry Thy disciples word,
With trembling haste I move:
O come, and meet Thy servant, Lord,
And turn my fear to love:
The servile, base, tormenting dread
Is scatter'd by Thy voice,
Which bids me circumspectly tread,
And reverently rejoice.
