Cleopatra re-enters, with Alexas, Mardian, Charmian, Iras.
Cleo.
Defend us, wenches!—O, he is more mad
Than Telamon for his shield—the boar of Thessaly
Was never so emboss'd!

Alexas.
The soul and body rive not more in parting,
Than greatness going off.—To your monument, madam—there keep at bay!

Cleo.
O me!—I know not whither!—
Away, then, friends—to the monument!
