[One moment, Lord, if Thou depart]

Though all men shall be offended because, &c. —xxvi. 33.

One moment, Lord, if Thou depart,

And give my God the lie:
Though all prove faithful to Thy cause,
Without Thy constant power
I only stumbling at Thy cross
Shall fall, and rise no more.
