Fireworks
Prohibited
In Dorms

Two of the most recent cases
handled by the First-year Judiciary
Council have involved students
setting off fireworks. The Council
wishes to remind residents of the
first-year dormitories of the disruption
and potential danger inherent
in this behavior.

Those students tried to date
have been placed on written reprimand,
but the situation considered
could demand more extensive action
by the Council in the future.

Again, first-year men are reminded
that the use of fireworks is
an explicit violation of the terms
and conditions of the housing
office, as well as a major disruption
of the desired dormitory atmosphere!
