Despite the grumblings around the Grounds over football rules and jock dorms, the football team plods on in spring practice. In their third week of drills, the Cavaliers have made a good deal of progress and coach Blackburn is pleased with the way things have been going so far. In the post-season shuffling of personnel, two key switches have been made, Bob Bischoff moving to split end and Joe Smith to tight end from fullback.
