The grace if men refuse to' improve,
Nor will a gospel preacher heed,
Justice which doth the first remove,
Permits an hireling to succeed:

Them that despise a pastor good
The Lord to bold seducers leaves,
And then the headlong multitude
Satan instead of Christ receives.
