4. First Year Cars

We believe that the most workable
approach to the issue of cars for
the first year would be a dual-sticker
system which would allow
cars to be operated on all weekends
of the second semester by those
first-year men who had obtained a
2.0 GPA. We believe this proposal
to be most amenable to all parties
involved.
