[Loue once thy lawes]
Loue once thy lawesI did rebellious blame,
When they did cause
My chastest hart to flame
With fruitlesse vaine desire
Of her, who scorneth both thy dartes & fire.
But now (iust Loue)
Thee and thy lawes I free,
And doe reproue
My selfe, since plaine I see
The best but worthye is
To couuet, not enjoye such blisse.
