[Have I not found that pearl Divine]

He . . . sold all that he had, and bought it. —xiii. 46.

Have I not found that pearl Divine,
That treasure in the field?
Yet still it is not surely mine,
My pardon is not seal'd:
The ascertaining terms I know,
And would with joy approve,
Sell all; myself, my life forego,
To buy Thy perfect love.
