Graduating fourth yearmen who
plan to work for graduate degrees,
who are members of Phi
Eta Sigma, and who wish to apply
for a gift scholarship should see
Dean Raymond C. Be who is
faculty advisor of the Virginia
Chapter. The National Phi Eta
Sigma Fraternity offers eight
three-hundred dollar scholarships
each year based on the student's
scholastic record, evidence of
creative ability, evidence of financial
need, promise of success in
his chosen field, and personality.
Only members of Phi Eta Sigma
are eligible for these gift scholarships.
Applicants for the award
should see Dean Be before February
23, 1968.

There will be an Officer Candidate
School testing of college seniors
and graduates on February
20 and 21, 1968, at the Main Post
Office, 2nd and Market St. Those
individuals interested in taking
this examination should contact
SFC Daniel O. Wright, US Army
Recruiting Station 295-5253 for
additional facts.
