CHAPTER VII. The poetical works of John and Charles Wesley | ||
153.
[When undistinguishing I pray'd]
What man is there of you, whom if his son, &c.
—vii. 9.
When undistinguishing I pray'd

I fondly ask'd a stone;
But for a stone, my loving God
Hath the true Bread on me bestow'd
By giving me His Son.
