Of preaching up Rebellious Notions;
Binding as Witches seal'd Devotions;
Who having Sign'd the Black Decree
Must ne'er look back to MONARCHY:
But act on still, altho' they damned be,
Unless they could by Craft Hell level,
And so Usurp upon the Devil.
