The lightest Feather in the Wing
Of those Etherial Birds, that sing
And flutter in the genial Ray
Of the young God who rules the Day,
Which have in Charge from him to fly
To the Choice Spirits of the Sky;
Packets of Humour to import
To the gay Sons of Comus Court,
This Feather, lately, from the Sky
Came on a special Embassy.
