MISCELLANEOUS
THE FOLLOWING regulations
regarding Reading Days have been
approved for the current semester
only: 1. Reading days do not apply
to graduate students. 2. Reading
days do not apply to undergraduate
students currently enrolled in student
teaching. 3. Reading Days may
apply to undergraduate students
enrolled in 100 level courses (which
may also carry graduate credit) at
the discretion of the individual
instructor and his dept. 4. Reading
days do apply to undergraduate
students enrolled in courses numbered
less than 100. These courses
will not meet between Jan. 12 and
Jan. 16, o that students are free
for review prior to exams, Instructors
will be available in their
classrooms at regular class hours for
students who desire assistance.
ENGINEERING Course Evaluation
books are now available in
front of Thornton Hall.
EXPERIMENTAL U. needs
course listings for 2nd semester.

U. UNION Fine Arts Contest
deadline has been delayed until Jan.
16 to increase participation. Categories
are short story, poetry,
one-act play, and photography
(color and b&w). Prizes are $50 for
first, $25 for second, and $15 for
third. Entries should be submitted
to thy U. Union, 4th floor of
Newcomb Hall.
PISTOL practice has been cancelled
