service off grounds subscribers:
Exchanges for the week from Sept.
16 thru Sept. 19 must be made at
our office, basement Echols House.
Due to vast amount of off grounds
subscribers we have had to revise
our routes. They will begin
promptly however, the following
week. The schedule for deliveries
will be posted Thursday in The
Cavalier Daily.
