Anyone walking along Madison Lane this weekend would have come upon this rather fashionably dressed fire hydrant out enjoying the unseasonably sunny weather. Unless he had an umbrella, however, Charlottesville's weekly monsoon probably turned his weekend into something less than ideal. The hydrant's couturier is anonymous, but it has been speculated that the designer lives somewhere along Fraternity Row.
