The grandson of Alfred Lord Tennyson spoke before a capacity crowd in the MacGregor room of Alderman Library last night. His topic was "The Life and Poetry of Alfred Tennyson", and the lecture was sponsored by Phi Beta Kappa. Sir Charles was introduced by President Shannon, who flanks him in the photo above.
