TARGET PRACTICE —
At least one individual discovered a
way to beat the Spring heat last Saturday as the
Inter-Fraternity Council sponsored its annual carnival at the
Children's Rehabilitation Center on Route 250 West. Pledges
from each of the social fraternities manned booths of their
own creation for the entertainment of about fifty handicapped
children. Prizes were distributed in large quantities, and there
were free refreshments for those seeking more conventional
means of keeping cool. In competition for the "best booth"
award, the judges awarded first place to Alpha Tau Omega.
The pledges of Sigma Chi captured the second slot. In spite of
the heat, a good time was had by all.
