Although not part of the University's original plan for the academic village, a brick "edifice" was erected yesterday morning by several members of the Lawn Chowder and Marching Society. Featuring smudge-pot lighting and random brick architecture, the building served as a "breezy retreat where the harassed student might retire for leisurely reading or enjoy a short nap in quiet surroundings, according to Don Lewis, who is seen above enjoying all the comforts of home.
