Psychology Prof. E. Mavis Hetherington outraced Student Affairs Vice President D. Alan Williams and Mrs. Edgar F. Shannon in their long-awaited tricycle dual held on Happy Day Saturday. President Shannon was expected to participate in the event but sent his wife to substitute for him in the grueling 50-yard race. Downtown Charlottesville, Inc.
