[Humbly I do inquire of Thee]
I will yet for this be enquired of, &c.
—xxxvi. 37.
Humbly I do inquire of Thee,
Wilt Thou, O Lord, restore
Thy kingdom at this time to me,
And bid me sin no more?
I know Thou wilt the power impart,
For which in faith I pray,
And I shall then be pure in heart,
And see the perfect day.
