Prism Good
Time Music

The Pentanguishene, a group
from Harrisonburg, Virginia, will be
at the Prism this weekend. The
group features Marc (Spookie)
Taylor and Debbie Fairfield. The
group, having drawn well at previous
Prism appearances, will be
making a return engagement.

The Penetanguishene incorporate
banjos into their act and
play primarily good time music.
Their material thus runs all the way
from Ian and Sylvia's "Four Rode
By" to a satirical version of "Bye
Bye Love", the Everly Brother's
song. They describe their music as
employing "perfect picking and
wonderful words that give you that
"barefoot" feeling."

The cover charge has been temporarily
raised from 50 to 75 cents
per person and the usual $1.25 per
couple.

The doors open at 8:00 and the
acts begin at 9:15.
