Lacrosse season opens Saturday when the stickmen take to the road to engage the Mount Washington Club. Rated the number one college team in pre-season, the rugged stickmen's first home action is March 18, when they scrimmage Yale. The Lacrosse meets national powers Johns Hopkins, Navy and Maryland again this year but fortunately only the Navy game is away. Denison University, Cornell, Carlings Lacrosse Club, Hofstra and a tentatively scheduled Alumni game provide Charlottesville with other games
