Poems on Affairs of State | ||
To King WILLIAM.
In Council wise, in War so great a Man,What Age did e'er produce, or ever can?

The wise Fabricius would to Court remove;
And Cato too, whom Cæsar could not tame,
Would now a Subject live with greater Fame.
