A Counsell to his married Friend.

If Thou with Fashiones of thy Wife offende,
Teach her with reason, or, (to ende the stryfe)
Learne to dissemble what thou canst not mende;
At small faults winke, if thou wouldst win thy Wyfe:
Else of thine House thou mak'st a Prison strong;
Thy rest vnrest, thy selfe a common Song.
