Mongst the Monopolists on Londons Bursse,Priscus was ta'ne for cutting of a pursse,
And being reuild', made this bold question, why,
Are these Monopolists excus'd, since I
Did cut but one mans purse, why they cut all?
But thus we see, the weakest goes to 'th wall?
